The Marketing team is focused heavily in digital but oversees all acquisition marketing tactics for the company. The team spans several verticals – PR, Marketing Strategy, Content/Copywriting, SEO/SEM, Paid Advertising, Media buys, Social Media, Creative & Branding, Website Design and UX/UI.


The Role

We are looking for a proactive marketing professional to join our talented, global team. This is an exciting role for a passionate individual within a growing and ambitious company where you will assist in executing the marketing strategy and delivering campaigns for your assigned brands, focused on Formula 1®. As a member of our Marketing Team, your contribution to the organization will be to leverage your marketing background and experience to effectively support the team from our Charlotte, NC headquarters. You will work closely with Sales, Partner/Product Management and Operations teams. This role will report to the Marketing Manager – F1® Experiences.



  • Work with the team to execute each marketing pillar to support the overall strategy including: Website Content, Email Marketing, Social Media, PPC, Affiliate Relationships, Sales Collateral, etc.
  • Coordinate content and marketing needs for successful website and marketing launch plans.
  • Assist in the management of the image library for the assigned brands.
  • Full capabilities in all marketing technologies (Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation software and others) and pulling/analyzing all necessary information to provide actionable tasks for the company.
  • Assist in optimizing current partner relationships, alongside Marketing Manager and Partner Management, to increase brand integration, quality of traffic/leads and overall joint marketing effort as explained in partnership agreement.
  • Support external relationships and respective marketing deliverables. These include but are not limited to, teams, sponsors, track promoters and global sales agent network.
  • Collaborate with Creative team on development of digital content and on-site assets.
  • Help grow brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Manage regular reporting and reviews with the leadership and marketing functional teams.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities that support department goals & strategy.
  • Assist in actioning necessary decisions based on analysis of data and stats provided by team, including historical site performance, VTLs, customer acquisition cost, LTCs, lifetime value of customer, etc.



Education and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or affiliated specialized area
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with understanding of digital marketing
  • Knowledge of online platforms, marketing automation platforms, digital marketing tools, content management systems, digital sales platforms and google analytics


  • Knowledge and experience in content marketing with an SEO/SEM focus
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions proactively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Superb attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A strong desire to learn and further develop your skills
  • Analytical skills to assess performance and make improvements
  • Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, partners and suppliers
  • Ability to establish trust, be confident and credible, and build collaborative partnerships across time zones, geographies and cultures


Desired (but not a necessity)

  • Experience with Google Ads campaigns
  • Knowledge of motorsports
