Hampton Court Palace – hybrid working/travel to other palaces as necessary.

We are responsible for the systems that support HRP’s commercial activities including
ticketing, retail, payments and beyond. We manage the system roadmap for the Commercial
Department, feeding our requirements to both our suppliers and where required, our
colleagues in IS with whom we work closely.

Our ambition is to optimise our systems, getting them working together to improve our
visitor’s experience of system touchpoints and of course, increase our income.
This role will play a key part in providing the necessary technical systems support across
Commercial systems including configuration of systems, system integrations, managing roles
and access to systems.

The role is responsible for managing systems end to end, including data translation, hardware
integrations as well as creating reports, capturing system anomalies, and liaising with 3rd party
support partners

To be successful in this role you will have strong planning skills, excellent communication, and
the ability to manage multiple workloads and priorities. You will be handling highly
confidential and sensitive data regularly and must therefore operate with the highest level of
tact and diplomacy. As a naturally confident person, you will be able to work autonomously as
well as with a team and will be able to remain flexible and calm under pressure.

Your experience must come from a systems administration environment preferably within a
commercial department or organisation. Experience of commercial systems such as retail,
ticket sales, payments or CRM would be particularly beneficial. Your highly developed
technology skills will include a high aptitude for MS Office in particular Excel, as well as sound
knowledge of business processes.
