Ticket Operations Coordinator

The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a motivated Ticket Operations professional to join our team. This new position plays a critical role in facilitating the Ticket Operations department and working with internal and external entities. The ideal candidate is organized, deadline driven, reliable and capable of taking on multiple projects and tasks in a highly results based deadline driven environment. This position will be a hybrid role, based out of Orange and LA counties.

 

Qualifications / Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience with Ticketmaster ARCHTICS, TMONE, Price Master, TM Presence, Account Manager as well as other TM applications preferred.
  • 1-2 years working in a professional sports environment or equivalent setting preferred.
  • Ticketmaster Host experience preferred.
  • Skilled and proficient in Microsoft office – Excel, Word etc.
  • Candidate should be very organized with great attention to detail, time management and be a team player.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assists with the overall day-to-day functions of the Ticket Office.
  • Run reports for sales reps, service reps, Ticket Office, Analytics and Chargers staff as needed/requested.
  • Contribute with end of season clean up and new season renewal in ticketing system.
  • Work with all other departments (sales, guest services, analytics) to achieve all goals and provide excellent service internally and externally.
  • Assist with invoicing and running payment plans for thousands of Season Ticket Member accounts.
  • Coordinate all Season Ticket Member online relocations and add-on processes.
  • Proofread and spot check all ticket invoices, ticket artwork and correspondence sent to Season Ticket Members.
  • Quantify all daily, monthly and year-end reports by running audits and preparing financial recaps for Ticket Office, NFL League Office and Chargers Finance department.
  • Work closely with finance department on tracking and keeping seamless records of payables and receivables.
  • Setup and train any new staff on ARCHTICS Ticket database as needed.
  • Manage and supervise all game day employees with ticket issues and customer service on game days.
  • Assist with the design, upkeep, graphics, flow and overall maintenance of the TM /Chargers Account Manager web page for public facing and internal use.
  • Facilitate all ticketing needs and invoicing for our Partnership and Suite Departments
  • Assist with building and creating all Chargers and non-Chargers events in TM ARCHTICS database.
  • Must be able to work at multiple sites and offices in LA and Orange Counties throughout various times of the year as well as gamedays primarily on weekends at Sofi Stadium in Inglewood, CA.
  • Ability to work nights, evenings, weekends, holidays, long hours a must.
  • Handling multiple projects and strict deadlines at once is common and should be considered a daily routine.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

· Expected Starting Annual Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000
