Joining our enthusiastic Ticket Sales team as Duty Manager, your challenge will be to ensure the delivery of an exceptional visitor experience.

Working with the Ticketing and Sales managers you’ll help oversee the daily operations of our central contact centre and ticket counters, ensuring the operation runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Every day, you’ll make sure our dedicated team are briefed and ready to meet the daily demands of this busy operation. You’ll help lead, support and motivate them to meet targets and provide outstanding customer service.

As a trusted source of advice, you’ll also be a point of escalation for both customer and technical queries.

And, as you liaise closely with the other front-of-house managers, you’ll champion collaboration across the operation to ensure continuity at all of our London locations.

About you  

With previous experience working in an operational capacity, preferably in visitor or customer service environment, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

You have experience of supervising teams and enjoy getting the best out of people, using your own passion for customer service to inspire others to deliver the exceptional.

Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, you rely on your initiative and good judgement to resolve queries and problems.

With a friendly and adaptable communication style, you work well with all kinds of people.

With outstanding organisational skills, you’ll meet deadlines and work flexibly even at our busiest times.

Numeracy and a good level of computer literacy are important too, along with an accurate and detail focused approach to your work, as you’ll be using our ticketing software to manage sales, transactions, and visitor data.
