Ticketing and Sales Manager

New Theatre Royal Portsmouth are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking Ticketing and Sales Manager to lead our Box Office sales team.

The Ticketing and Sales Manager plays a vital role in ensuring excellent customer care in person, on the telephone and online, and the successful management and growth of income through our box office CRM, to include ticketing, memberships, and donations.

They will recruit, train, develop and performance manage the Box Office sales team to ensure that the New Theatre Royal continually exceeds objectives and expectations.

As part of the Marketing & Communications team, the Ticketing and Sales Manager will be the bridge between Box Office and the wider team and assist marketing activities. They will also work closely with the Front of House team and will support Fundraising activity to maximise donations and to assist with other fundraising activities.

This is a full-time position, working 37¹/₂ hours a week, flexibly over a seven day week, including evenings and weekends.
