The role
You will support our dynamic ticketing team at the Roundhouse in delivering ticketed events from start to finish. You will be responsible for supervising the box office on show nights and supporting our customer service team, ensuring a high level of service and efficiency are delivered at all times. You will bring your experience working with music promoters to support coordination of onsales and monitoring of sales and allocations.

About you
We are looking for a personable, can-do individual with supervisory experience and a high level of attention to detail, who is passionate about music and live entertainment and about delivering a premium customer-service experience.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week annualised, on a rota over 7 days. Shifts will vary but will include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Salary: £26,000 per annum
