Ticketing & CRM Officer – Somerset House Trust, London

Somerset House Trust are seeking a new Ticketing & CRM Officer to support the set up and delivery of our ticketed events and sales-focussed activity using our shared ticketing and CRM system, Tessitura.

You will also help train and inform other teams on the benefits of the system, embedding knowledge and best practice across Somerset House Trust.

This role will suit someone with experience operating a ticketing & CRM system to set up ticketing for events, ideally in an arts, leisure or entertainment venue.

Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus 8% pension contributions
