Role Description

 

To work with the biggest names in the live music industry coordinating tour ticketing on European tours, maximising ticket sales, offering a world class ticketing service for our clients and giving expert advice for Live Nation Touring events across UK and Europe.

Who you are

 

You may have experience in the following roles: Event Ticketing Manager, Ticketing Manager, Ticketing Coordinator, Senior Ticketing Manager etc.

 

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Previous experience of live event ticketing in the music industry is essential, preferably in promoter ticketing.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of ticketing products and systems.
  • Experience of using Excel to an advanced level.
  • Excellent numeracy skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent literacy skills with a proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues up to executive board-level.
  • Ability to manage hard deadlines and at times high pressure on sales.
  • Uses interpersonal skills to establish excellent rapport and working relationships.

What the role includes

  • Direct all event ticketing from start-to-finish for a variety of artists and tours. Duties include, but not limited to, liaising with agents, managers, Live Nation tour bookers and ticketing managers across the UK and Europe, preparing events for on sale by providing clear ticketing set up guidance, and helping to maximise ticket sales.
  • Some UK/EU travel may be required for onsite ticketing assistance at shows or company events.
  • Be the go-to person for all ticketing matters across a European tour, working as the middleman to get things done efficiently between different stake holders.
  • Proficient use of excel and other internal systems to report to stake holders on tour performance and ticket sales.
  • Manage holds, inventory and ticket requests on tours meticulously.
  • Oversee multiple high-profile tours at any given time.
  • Support Ticketing Directors and other touring staff with detailed reports and day-to-day ticketing tasks.
