The AEG Presents International Touring team are looking for a Ticketing Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of Ticketing, you’ll be responsible for successfully executing our customer ticketing strategy and delivering maximum revenue with first-class reporting.

You’ll manage International Touring events, from preparation of events for on-sale through to settlement in coordination with Artist teams, local partners, International Touring team, and North America AEG team.

Working with the International Touring team to maximise the saleable manifest and analyse proposed price scaling and associated ancillary income streams; you’ll manage ticket allocations and all holds (including artist, production, marketing, local partner, venue, sponsor, etc.), focusing on maximising sales and revenue, including driving ticket reallocations, rescaling, and arranging timely releases of holds.

You’ll prepare advance reports and concise templates to assist with ticketing settlement on show dates and reconcile ticketing settlements and ticketing-derived ancillary income streams with International Tour Accounts and Finance.

Whilst being the primary point of contact for AEG International Ticketing at arena, stadium, and greenfield shows where required; you’ll keep up-to-date with industry changes and developments across international markets and work closely with local ticketing teams on continually refining and updating ticket processes.

You’ll collate and distribute clear and concise information and reports to internal and external stakeholders. This role will encompass tours spanning Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South America.

We’re looking for someone with relevant experience from an entertainment ticketing background. If you have experience outside of UK that would be an advantage.

You must have a deep understanding of ticketing and pricing and great Microsoft Excel skills.

You’ll be highly organised and able to juggle a varied workload, prioritising when necessary, and be agile and flexible as you’ll be working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

With excellent communication skills, you’ll be able to build good working relationships with a variety of people at all levels.
