Trafalgar Ticketing is the Ticketing Division of the Trafalgar Entertainment Group and comprises our in-house ticketing brand Trafalgar Tickets powering our owned venues and our agency business’ LondonTheatreDirect and Stagedoor serving West End audiences and producers.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Head of Ticketing Operations, this is an integral position within our Ticketing Operations team. The work is fast-paced and dynamic, with rapidly changing priorities. You will need to be organised, proactive, and able to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent tasks. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential attributes for this role, as are strong communication skills, numeracy, literacy, administrative and IT skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The configuration, testing and maintenance of products on the ticketing platform, including events, rates and special offers, and any other products that may be sold by LTD.
  • To create and publish webpages.
  • To ensure accurate API connectivity to partner systems.
  • To work closely with other internal and external stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot and remedy issues.
  • To liaise with venues, producers, and marketing agencies to ensure the timely delivery of on-sales, offers and other initiatives.
  • To provide clear cross-departmental communication to disseminate important information.
  • To offer technical support to colleagues to assist with the smooth functioning off all teams.
  • To undertake training and development relevant to the role; and to share expertise, best practice and new ideas across the team.
  • To represent LTD and Trafalgar Tickets when liaising with third parties, and to present a professional and knowledgeable impression at all times.

Key Experience & Skills:

  • An understanding of ticketing systems, preferably including the configuration of events, offers and webpages.
  • Strong computer literacy including applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Slack.
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, proactive and self-motivated.
  • The ability to work calmly and effectively in a pressurised work environment.
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and a positive, flexible approach to the role and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of the live entertainment sector, particularly West End theatre, with an appreciation of the relationships between venues, producers, agencies and distribution partners within this ecosystem.
