Ticketing Operations Senior Assistant

The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to producing shows and ticketing, through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com, LOVEtheatre and Group Line. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

We’re looking for an engaged and enthusiastic individual to join the Ticketing Operations team as a Senior Assistant , based in our ATG London Office with some time based in Woking. In this role, you’ll be responsible for configuring events for our portfolio of ticketing brands and entertainment venues, with a focus on Regional and Third-Party events.

Reporting into the Ticketing Operations Manager, this new role will focus supporting our approach to our Regional and Third-Party, Theatrical, Music, Comedy and Event ticketing configuration across the UK. Upcoming and recent shows in our venues include touring productions like Disney’s Aladdin and Book of Mormon, music acts like Royal Blood and Paloma Faith, and comedians like Sarah Millican and Romesh Ranganathan.

Within this position you will interact with a variety of departments across our organisation including eCommerce, Regional Revenue Management, Marketing, Programming, Box Office, Contact Centre, Finance, and external some external partners. You will work closely with the team of Assistants and cover key responsibilities in the absence of the Ticketing Operations Manager.

This is a great development opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career within Ticketing and enhance your skills in an internationally growing business with exposure to a range of products and teams across the ATG network.
