Ticketing Operations Specialist

The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to producing shows and ticketing, through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com, LOVEtheatre and Group Line. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

We’re looking for a new member of our Ticketing Operations team, based in our London Office on Shaftesbury Avenue. You’ll become an expert user of our ticketing system, configuring events for our portfolio of ticketing brands and entertainment venues and supporting Ticketing teams throughout the business. It’s an ideal role if you enjoy the detail and precision of setting up live events and like variety, as our team provides services for all of ATG’s UK venues and shows.

This is a great opportunity to enhance your skills and career in an internationally growing business and a role that will give you exposure to teams across the ATG network. You’ll work closely with the Ticketing Systems team plus a wide range of colleagues including eCommerce, London Sales, Regional Revenue Management, Marketing, Programming, Box Offices, Finance, and external promoters and producers.
