Job Purpose:

A key part of the Ticketing & Premium Experience Team, within the broader Commercial function, this role will focus on driving commercial success. Principally by focusing on London PE / Group Ticket Sales, managing agency relationships & winning inbound enquiries across all races.

Using your existing network / relationships to focus on driving revenue you will be comfortable communicating at all levels, well organised and have a flair for using creativity to drive elite outcomes. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Deliverables:

  • Exceeding, not just meeting revenue targets
  • Developing best in class new business practices
  • Building and managing key relationships – Internally across other departments & Externally with local and global sales agencies
  • Accurate reporting of sales pipeline / progress

 

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising across Formula E departments to ensure global sales success – With a focus on specific regions / markets
  • Work with Senior VIP Ticketing Manager to maximise scalable inventory across – Ticketing & Hospitality
  • Delivering pipeline updates and accurate sales reports across the business
  • Building / developing various pieces of sales collateral
  • Achieving against key KPI’s, including but not limited to: Outreach, Leads Created, Opportunities Won etc.
  • Win new business and manage prospective / ongoing relationships
  • Collaborate to create new, race and non-race day products
  • Attend races as necessary to host growth opportunities

What We Are Looking For:

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience across the fields of Sales and Account Management, preferably in a sporting environment.

 

Skills and Aptitudes Required:

  • Effective time and sales process management
  • Confident by nature with the ability to utilize cold outreach techniques
  • Comfortable to ask the “right” questions and build genuine relationships with clients

 

Personal Qualities Required:

  • Proactive go getter able to solve complex problems

Educational Attainment:

  • GCSE Passes – Maths & English Essential
  • A Levels & Degree – Desirable
