To ensure the successful operational delivery of the ninth edition of this competition, we have set up a Local FIFA Subsidiary (LFS). Its aim is to improve the experience of over 1.1 billion people watching the FIFA Women’s World Cup, by delivering innovative solutions across all operational areas.

We are currently looking to recruit our Ticketing Quota Analyst

Job responsibilities

As the Ticketing Quota Analyst reporting to the Ticketing Inventory and Operations Manager you will support the FIFA Ticketing team in creating and maintaining accurate ticket quota overviews for FIFA test events and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023. The role ensures that ticket quotas are at all times aligned with the inventory (i.e. seats) and assists the team to carry out seat assignments as well as other inventory related processes in the ticketing system.

Job duties
Your role Ticketing Quota Analyst includes the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinating ticket quotas and inventory in the ticketing system and other applications, including initial setup and day-to-day management
  • Preparing ticket quota and inventory reports as required by internal and external stakeholders, and liaise with the responsible for reporting/BI to ensure accurate data is reported internally and externally
  • Setup and manage target groups and sub-target groups in the ticketing system
  • Supporting the allocation of seats to target groups and sub-target groups and conduct seat assignments
  • Carrying out quality assurance measurers to validate ticket quotas and inventory in the ticketing system
  • Supporting the configuration of stadium seating plans in the ticketing system and carry out quality assurance measurers
  • Supporting onsite seat inspection visits to validate seating plans as built in the ticketing system with the actual venue seating
  • Supporting the creation of reports for internal and external stakeholders including validation of ticket quota/inventory data points in various ticket sales reports
  • Support of general ticketing operations for FIFA events
