Ticketing & Sales Manager
Job Summary
VAULT Creative Arts is looking for a collaborative, ambitious, and detail-oriented Ticketing & Sales Manager to lead, manage, and optimise the ticketing and sales for all VAULT events and programmes.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Initially Part Time permanent employment contract, increasing to Full Time.
HOURS: Full Time
SALARY: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience (pro rata)
OFFICE OR REMOTE: It is essential that the Ticketing & Sales Manager has a regular and frequent presence within the office and venues.
HOLIDAY: 28 days per annum including Public Holidays
PROBATION: Six Months
EMPLOYEE PERKS: Currently trialling a Reduced Hours Working Week of 35 hours per week with no reduction in pay; £120 claimable contribution per year to attend external shows, festivals, and creative courses; Staff pass to see VAULT shows that have availability at close of doors; Staff discount on food, drinks, and merchandise at VAULT & The Glitch; A barista made hot drink from The Glitch every work day.
SUITABILITY
We think you’ll likely be suitable for this role if you have held one or more of the following roles before
- Box Office Manager in an arts organisation or events company;
- Ticketing Manager or Ticketing Coordinator in an arts organisation or events company;
- Ticketing Specialist in an arts organisation or events company
