Reporting organisationally to the Ticketing and Hospitality Director the Ticketing Sales Strategy and Requirements Manager will help serve Ticketing and Hospitality efforts for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ that for the first time ever, is hosting 48 teams and 1,200+ players across 3 countries and 16 venues. This role will be responsible for planning of the Sales Strategy and ensure the proper implementation of the requirements across the entire CRM team.

The Customer Care Manager must ensure compliance with the applicable sales strategy and the FIFA ticketing requirements, policies and regulations whilst providing support to all the Ticketing CRM teams. Focuses particularly on the delivery of effective ticketing customer care for the FIFA World Cup 2026™.

THE POSITION

The main responsibilities of the Ticketing Sales Strategy and Requirements Manager for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ include:

· Supporting the definition of the ticket sales strategy and in the gathering of the ticketing requirements for the FIFA World Cup 2026.

· Supporting the drafting of the CRM ticketing project documents;

· Communicating the ticketing project requirements to all CRM functional areas, monitoring the respective implementation and assessing the results;

· Coordinating with all relevant CRM functions to guarantee the provision of sales collaterals and content, consistent and in accordance  with the ticketing glossary, in allapplicable languages;

· Coordinating with all relevant CRM functions to guarantee the timely and accurate management of customer enquiries and escalations;
