We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as Ticketing Systems (Accesso) & Sales Support Executive.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director Midway Asia, with a dotted line to Head of Sales & Marketing for Madame Tussauds Singapore, the key aim of this role is to support the Merlin attractions across Rest of Asia to manage the Accesso database and operating system to optimise business operations for both Trade & Consumer sales channels. In addition, the individual will also provide group reservation support, daily sales operation support, general admin work and reporting for Madame Tussauds Singapore.

Key focuses of this role include:

Ownership and management of Accesso for Midway Asia including but not limited to:
-Identify best package solutions to deliver sales & promotional campaigns
-Liaise with both Accesso & attraction teams to deliver, test and launch new package requests
-Maintain the Accesso database (users, packages, promotions) and ensure system meets all audit requirements
-Set-up new users, password resets and provide system training where required
-Act as the main contact to liaise with Regional Trade and Digital teams, local finance, and operations teams for any issues and for API/Ingresso setup
-Provide cover for other Accesso Super Users in other attractions as and when required

Accesso champion for Madame Tussauds Singapore:
-Responsible for all trade sales Accesso function including price update, new package setup and other channels’ package setup, including joint promotion channel and -discount channels
-Manage and setup pricing calendar, admission inventory and timeslots

Handling trade reservations for Madame Tussauds Singapore including but not limited to:
-Handle all group bookings from trade partners, schools, and community segment
-Responsible for all new package setup

Sales Administration for Madame Tussauds Singapore including but not limited to:
-Handling all trade contracts, trade booking adjustment/cancellation
-Keep up to date trade agency and package list to Finance
-Provide weekly and monthly trade production report to the sales team
-Ensure that all telephone calls and email enquiries are dealt with promptly and that all potential sales opportunities are followed up

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:
-Previous experience of managing a ticketing and eCommerce application
-Data management with analytical and report writing skills
-The ability to build relationships with vendors, business partners and stakeholders
-Attention to detail
-Flexible thinking and a dynamic, innovative approach as new systems challenges arise and to improve reporting and processes
-Knowledge of Merlin’s brands, product offering, and operating processes (bonus to have)
-Proficiency in written and spoken English and another South East Asian language is an advantage
