Hours: 35 hours per week plus all home matches (5 included in contract, after 5 matches lieu time is accrued)

Join our in-house ticketing team
This role will involve providing expertise in the use of the ticketing system for event setup (using a complex rule engine), reporting and supporting our staff. Therefore, candidates must have knowledge of administrating and supporting back-office systems (preferably of a ticketing system). You will oversee two areas of the ticketing system for our women’s games and men’s U21 games.
Your core hours will be Monday to Friday 9 to 5, but our ideal job holder will be flexible and committed to supporting the team and our fans outside of core hours, when required, including all home matchdays.
Your background
The successful candidate must have excellent Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook and strong numeracy and literacy skills. It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have experience supervising staff.
