Ticketing Systems Executive

The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company with venues in the UK, Germany, and the US. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

We are the world leader in theatre ticketing and process more than 16 million tickets a year across the UK, US, and Germany. We run some of the world’s most popular theatre ticketing sites, with ATGtickets.com alone attracting over 40 million unique visitors a year.  Our complementary brands include TicketsDirekt.de, LOVEtheatre.com, and Group Line which is the UK market leader for group sales and consistently voted “Best Ticketing Agency” by industry peers.

We are looking for a Ticketing Systems Executive to join our busy team. As part of the Ticketing Operations team, you’ll develop an expert understanding of our ticketing system, AudienceView, and associated platforms to provide support and advice to colleagues, producers, and system providers. You’ll work behind the scenes to continually optimise system functionality and performance through upgrades, API solutions, automation, and innovative solutions to new business requirements.

We’re looking for someone with technical experience of ticketing platforms, preferably AudienceView, to join our existing team. Please download a copy of our job description for further details. We actively encourage applications from people from the widest range of backgrounds, including those currently under-represented in this industry; if you feel you have the skills to achieve our goals and an affinity for our values, we’d like to hear from you.
