AXS, a prominent global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider, are hiring Training manager.

The Training Manager is a critical part of the AXS team. You will often be one of the first AXS people that new starters and new clients meet, and the delivery of their initial training is crucial in them forming a positive view of AXS, our products and our people. You’ll also tell people about new products and product updates, through training and maintaining up-to-date documentation and release notes.

You will

  • Lead European training operations.
  • Create and maintain training programmes and documentation in collaboration with our US colleagues.
  • Deliver training through a variety of media to internal staff and external clients, enabling them to operate effectively using AXS products
  • Contribute to our success by staying current with training best practices, trends and legislation.

We are looking for someone who is native or has fluent proficiency in French and German languages, with exceptional writing skills in each

You will

  • Have a background in Music, Sports or Theatre ticketing
  • be patient, empathetic, calm, and love explaining, educating, and encouraging people to embrace learning
  • be highly organised and personable with exemplary attention to detail.
  • be confident using a variety of ticketing systems and technology, always ready to learn and innovate.

You will thrive working as part of a passionate, busy team who love what they do. You are proactive and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across all levels of the business.

You’ll be self-motivated and a creative problem-solver with the ability to prioritise multiple projects, some strategic, some tactical.

You’ll want to raise the bar in this role; we encourage new ideas and innovation and value everyone’s perspective.

We’ll give you a thorough induction on how we work at AXS and AEG, our parent company. Our induction and onboarding programme is a great way to meet other new starters in AEG and to learn about our culture and values. We will give you training in our systems, policies and procedures so that you’ll be set up for success.

WhereYou’ll be based at our head office Cottons, 7th Floor West, 47/49 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QN, but the role will involve frequent travel to France and Germany. We offer flexible start and end times and also welcome flexible working conversations.
