Main Purpose:

The Partnerships team is an integral part of ASM Global and the success of commercial relationships across our iconic venue portfolio, which includes AO Arena, first direct Arena, OVO Arena Wembley and P&J Live. ASM Global proudly maintain and develop long running partnerships with globally recognised brands such as AO, Three, Sky, first direct, Heineken, Sage, and Utilita.

The UK Partnership & Ticketing Coordinator will support the delivery of ASM Global’s key group partnerships, supporting the partnership activation team to successfully deliver contractual rights and benefits, with a focus on premium ticketing across nine venues.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Work within the central marketing team at ASM Global, developing excellent relationships with all ASM Global UK venues and partners.
  • Liaise with venues and its ticketing partners to ensure that seating plans/holds templates/accessible areas are mapped correctly
  • Identify and collate lists of specific ticketing requirements for each UK venue e.g. memberships/premium/car parking etc
  • Assist the venues to build and check allocations ensuring that the correct seats are held off sale
  • Assist venues to ensure that all website information is updated with accurate information
  • Liaise with the UK Partnerships Team to ensure that all pre-sale processes and systems are in place
  • Work with the marketing team to support the coordination of CRM data between ticketing partners and ASM Global’s data warehouse.
  • Work with venues and ticketing partners to identify training requirements and coordinate the delivery of this training.
  • Work closely with ticketing, hospitality and marketing teams at each venue to ensure relevant information is collected ahead of events going on sale.
  • Carry out tasks requested by the SVP Marketing Europe as and when required.

Skills and experience:

  • Good knowledge of the ticketing project cycle.
  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of excel (or similar products).
  • A positive and enthusiastic team player, who is solutions driven and pro-active when facing challenges.
  • Customer focused.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work to strict time deadlines and effectively prioritise a range of tasks.
  • Smart appearance and presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Experience of working with staff at all levels throughout a company.
  • Proven IT experience including MS Office packages.

General information:

  • The requirements of the business are such that a large degree of flexibility is necessary and evening and weekend work may be required.
  • There will be a requirement to travel to ASM Global venues across the UK.
