SECUTIX is launching a new ticketing full services capability to address a gap in the market called SECUTIX EVENTS SERVICES. The aim of this capability is to serve large Music and Sports rightholders with not only the innovative SECUTIX ticketing solutions but also provide a one-stop shop ensuring all aspects of ticketing sales and onsite operations. To lead the creation and development of this new capability, SECUTIX is searching its European SECUTIX EVENTS SERVICES VP. This role will require frequent travels to Lausanne, Switzerland and in Europe.

In this role

In this role, your main responsibilities will encompass:

  • Create the new capability from ground up (People, Process, Tool) assisted by a team of experts.
  • Define go-to-market strategy and service offering in collaboration with SECUTIX Sales and Marketing.
  • Accountable for the business plan and PnL of the capability.
  • Recruit key personnel to support SECUTIX EVENTS SERVICES growth and service delivery.
  • Drive and support responses to RFPs with European Sales teams.
  • Establish contracts and service agreements with key suppliers such as B2C call center provider.
  • Drive the implementation of the B2C fan engagement platform (Salesforce Service and Marketing Cloud).
  • A desire to change the ticketing industry status-quo.

About your profile

The following experience is required for this position:

  • Proven experience in leading and developing an at-scale B2C ticketing full services capability, either insourced within a rightsholder organization and/or serving clients within a ticketing distribution company.
  • Proven experience in execution of events to lead Sales Operations and advise clients about events commercialization strategies.
  • Experience in onsite events operations to lead and lead onsite operations teams.
  • Excellent track record in service delivery.
  • Proven experience in creating new business & entrepreneurial initiatives.
  • 15+ years of work experience in the event industry.
  • Fluent in English
  • Italian, French, German, or Spanish is a strong plus.
