Eventviva is just the ticket for Evvnt

 

Evvnt wants to expand its global reach through the acquisition of Eventviva, the event discovery and ticketing platform.

The British events marketing platform, whose clients include DMP Concerts and Insomniac Events, said the purchase fits into its strategy of reaching out to a worldwide audience of event organisers.

Founded in 2012 by Aditya Patadia and Hardik Pandya, Eventviva has had more than 3.8 million events listed and a promoter database of around 200,000. It has helped users to discover local events in more than 1,000 cities worldwide.

“We worked with Eventviva for a number of years and noted it was a popular site for event organisers to post event listings to,” said Richard Green, chief executive and founder at evvnt.

“We’re excited to acquire the assets to support our mission to educate event organisers on our single submission event marketing technology on a global scale.”

Pandya said: “Both event organisers and attendees will benefit from this acquisition as they become part of evvnt.com.”
