Tottenham unveil ticket plans for Wembley switch

English Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur is to offer fans a combined ticket for each of its three group games as it aims to fill Wembley Stadium during next season’s Uefa Champions League competition.

The Group Stage Multi-Game Ticket will be available at, what the club calls, “favourable pricing” from £70 (€83.8/$93.5) to £150, with 50% discounts available for junior and senior citizen concessions.

The tickets will be available for all areas of Wembley, with Tottenham announcing in May that it would be playing its European games during 2016-17 at the national arena due to its 90,000-seat capacity being almost three times the size of the club’s White Hart Lane home ground.

Speaking about the switch to Wembley for European games, Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy said: “Given the current reduction in capacity at White Hart Lane for next season and the ticketing requirements for Champions League, playing at Wembley will mean that we can continue to accommodate all of our existing season ticket holders.”

The club said Group Stage Multi-Game Ticket purchasers would be able to secure the same seat for any subsequent matches in the European campaign. It added that individual match tickets will be available to purchase following the draw for the group stages that takes place in August, with prices still to be confirmed.
