TicketPlan is to provide its refund protection solutions to Vivaticket Ticketing through a new partnership.
The ticket insurance and protection innovators will deliver its services to Vivaticket, the integrated ticketing software solutions provider, and its UK-based clients.
Vivaticket, which works across the leisure, entertainment, sport, culture and tradeshow sectors, said the integration of Ticketplan’s products will enable its clients to offer peace of mind to their customers and create an additional revenue stream.
