TicketQuarter switches to new Echo Arena office

Liverpool-based ticketing agency TicketQuarter is to relocate its headquarters to the city’s Echo Arena.

The firm is the ticketing arm of The ACC Liverpool Group that runs the facility that includes the Echo Arena. It will leave its Queen Square office and begin operating from the entertainment venue on Monday.

The company told the Liverpool Echo newspaper that it is making the move to the 11,000-capacity arena due to an increase in customers purchasing tickets online and using its phone line service.

Henry Brown, head of TicketQuarter, said: “We are investing in our online and mobile offering to ensure we are meeting the demands of our customers and providing the best possible experience.

“We will also continue to offer our seven day a week staffed ticket phone line for our customers who prefer a personal service.”

TicketQuarter sells tickets for music, comedy, theatre and arts, family entertainment, exhibitions and sport for more than 200 events and venues across the North West of England, including Aintree Racecourse.

TicketQuarter also sells tickets for its owner, the ACC Liverpool, which is home to the BT Convention Centre, Echo Arena and Exhibition Centre Liverpool.
