XING ticket services now available in any language

Event management services company XING Events has expanded its multilingual ticket shop to allow organisers to converse with their clients and customers in any language.

XING, which claims to be the only provider in the world to offer the multilingual service on such a scale, said organisers have the option to create any text of their entire attendee communication in the four “most important” languages – German, English, French and Spanish. They can also now present their communications, including tickets, invoices or any email communication, in any other language.

XING has helped organisers from across the world to sell more than eight million tickets for more than 210,000 professional events and said it is becoming essential that they can speak directly to clients no matter where they are based. The company added that the multilingual platform can help to prevent language barriers from leading to misunderstandings prior to an event.

“Most of the organisers are targeting an international audience making it all the more important for them to be able to communicate with their attendees in multiple languages,” said Cai-Nicolas Ziegler, managing director at XING Events

“We are therefore very pleased that our multilingual ticket shop has enabled us to address our organisers’ needs as well as those of their attendees, allowing them to present themselves in a professional manner in front of an international clientele.”
