Students at Syracuse University in the US state of New York can claim free tickets for tonight’s (Friday) collegiate American football season opener against Colgate University.
The game will take place at Carrier Dome at 19:00DST, with students that have a valid SUID able to gain free access through Gate E from 16:30.
The SU Athletics American football team has recorded just seven wins in the past two seasons and has not appeared in a bowl since 2013.
Last season, head coach Scott Shafer was fired before the final game of the year with a win-loss record of 4-8.
