TickX enjoys a slice of PizzaExpress

TickX has entered into a partnership with international restaurant chain, entertainment hub and music venue, PizzaExpress.

The partnership will see PizzaExpress Live performances across five venues integrated onto the TickX platform, providing the chain with a new marketing channel to bring new fans whilst generating incremental ticket sales and creating awareness.

Steve Pearce, TickX co-founder and chief executive, said: “We are very excited about the partnership. Driving awareness around musical gems is at the very heart of what we do best. However, The PizzaExpress Live offering is not limited to music, it’s an experience in itself and allows us to deliver one of the best nights in the UK to our users.”

PizzaExpress claims to have been at the centre of the jazz community since the 60s. The legendary PizzaExpress Jazz Club in London’s Soho has hosted an array of performances including Amy Winehouse and Jamie Cullum. PizzaExpress Live hosts over 2,000 performances each year across several venues including Holborn, Soho, Chelsea, Maidstone and Birmingham.

The new deal with PizzaExpress is delivered through TickX’s collaboration with Spektrix.

Ross Dines, music manager at PizzaExpress, said: “We are very pleased to announce our partnership with TickX, it’s an opportunity to drive awareness around PizzaExpress Live and reach new audiences.”
