Sportsbreaks has become a partner and shirt sponsor of England’s teams ahead of this year’s Rugby League World Cup 2021.

The agreement with the Rugby Football League (RFL) will see the Sportsbreaks logo appear on the sleeve of the playing shirts of the three England teams during the competition, which begins later this month.

The sports travel brand will also become the RFL’s official supporter travel partner, providing official packages to the Challenge Cup Final and selected international matches in future seasons.

As part of the long-term partnership, sister business Destination Sport Travel will also support the governing body with all aspects of team and business travel.

Rob Slawson, managing director of Sportsbreaks and Destination Sport Travel, said: “Sportsbreaks(.com) are thrilled to support England Men’s, Women’s and Wheelchair teams in the upcoming Rugby League World Cup on home soil.

“The tournament will offer great exposure for the brand ahead of us working with The RFL to bring new supporter travel packages to market in future seasons.

“From a Destination Sport Travel perspective, our team will provide specialist support ranging from day-to-day business travel through to handling all travel, accommodation and logistics for the national teams’ future Tests both within the UK and abroad.”

Sportsbreaks offers ticket-inclusive packages to a variety of high-profile sporting events within the UK and around the world including domestic and European football, motorsport and NFL London games. Destination Sport Travel works with a number of high-profile Premier League clubs including Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, plus governing bodies including the Football Association of Wales and Scottish Rugby.

Mark Foster, the RFL’s chief commercial officer, said: “We are delighted to announce this partnership with Sportsbreaks(.com) which is a perfect fit for the RFL and our England teams preparing for the Rugby League World Cup.

“We want to provide the best travel packages for our fans and the best travel arrangements for our teams – and with their record of working with so many elite clubs and sports organisations, Sportsbreaks(.com) and Destination Sport Travel will allow us to do that.”
