Wolverhampton Wanderers supporters have criticised the Premier League club’s pricing strategy for next month’s FA Cup third round clash with Liverpool at Molineux.
Tickets will cost as much as £35 in the Billy Wright stand, which is £20 more expensive than last year’s third round game at home to Swansea.
While the club claims it has priced the match in a bid to “attract as many supporters to Molineux as possible,” many fans have hit out at Wolves due to the cost.
Way to expensive for what will be tantamount to 2 reserve sides playing. Don’t think it will sell out they could well have got this one wrong especially as it’s on a Monday night & on the TV. My Hubbie and I usually go to cup matches but we won’t be taking up our seats for this.
