Ten to offer tickets via Royal Opera House deal

British lifestyle concierge company Ten Lifestyle Group has teamed up with the Royal Opera House to offer priority access to tickets for its customers.

Under the agreement, Ten Lifestyle will become a corporate partner, gaining access to a guaranteed number of seats for each performance, as well as first choice of top-priced seats ahead of the general public.

In addition, the concierge firm can offer its members experiences such as backstage tours and invitations to exclusive events throughout the season.

“We have a huge number of performing arts enthusiasts as part of our membership base, so we feel incredibly honoured to have been given the opportunity to become a Patron,” said Lucy Chillingworth, director, service delivery tickets and dining at Ten Lifestyle Group. “Our focus is and always will be our members, so we’re delighted we can now bring our members closer to ROH performances than ever before.”

Other benefits of the patronage include increased flexibility on returning and exchanging tickets, as well as priority to last-minute tickets and access to Royal Opera House restaurants, including the Donald Gordon Grand Tier boxes.

Katherine Cox, sponsorship manager at the Royal Opera House, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Ten Lifestyle Group to our close circle of Patrons. We’ve been impressed by Ten’s members-first approach and look forward to bringing our exceptional performances closer to its genuine fans.”
