Appointments round-up: Live Nation Japan, MyTicket and more

Kei Ikuta has been appointed as senior vice-president of Live Nation Japan.

Ikuta will oversee the development of touring opportunities for domestic and international acts, reporting to Live Nation Japan president John Boyle. Ikuta joins the company having most recently served as vice-president of Japanese concert promoter UDO Artists.

MusikWoche reports that Lukas Goy has taken up a new role as chief operating officer at DEAG-owned ticketing company MyTicket.

Goy previously served as operations manager for MyTicket and before that worked for DEAG subsidiary River Concerts.

AEG Presents has promoted Frederick Lauzier (pictured) to senior vice-president of global touring and talent.

Lauzier previously served as vice-president and general manager of AEG’s Global Touring division. In his new position, he will hold an expanded role across all touring operations, including ticketing, production and overall global strategy.

Lauzier will work with AEG Presents’ president of global touring and talent Gary Gersh and the entire global touring and talent team.
