Gillingham FC’s ticket services still down

English Football League club Gillingham’s ticketing platform has been down for more than 24 hours.

The third-tier League One club notified fans on Thursday that it was experiencing technical issues with its ticketing and retail website.

The outage means that supporters cannot purchase tickets online, over the phone or in person. Furthermore, the club said that merchandise cannot be bought online.

The club’s ticketing site was still down on Friday afternoon.

“The club’s IT team are looking into the situation and we will keep fans updated with any developments,” Gillingham said in a statement.

The club is away at Sunderland on Saturday, with the next home game against Fleetwood Town next weekend.

Gillingham has an average gate of 5,128 at its 11,582-capacity Priestfield Stadium this season.
