Business solution provider Activity Stream has developed its integration with Eventim by incorporating more data points.

The changes will most notably affect Eventim’s customer classifications, enabling advanced filtering and segmentation across sales and marketing, and analysis of the behavioural patterns of specific groups.

The firm has also laid out plans to further add relevant data over the coming months.

Activity Stream chief business officer, Martin Gammeltoft, said: “Uniquely, we are delivering a real-time analytics platform to Eventim clients, and we are very happy that we are now able to further improve the value for our clients.

“With the improvements, clients can get advanced audience insights and better target campaigns, and will soon be able to get better inventory insights.”

The improvements will be rolled out to clients over the coming months. Eventim has automated data deliveries, which will reduce the setup time for future clients.

The news follows a recent announcement by Activity Stream, which has rolled out its new advanced platform with updated features, new capabilities, and a new aesthetic.
