Wild Animal Safari operator Parks! America has linked up with technology solutions provider for attractions and venues, Accesso Technology Group, in a three-year deal.
Accesso’s Passport ticketing solution will be used by Parks! America across its Drive-Thru and Walkabout Adventure Zoo Animal Safari parks, supporting online ticket sales and on-site operations.
Implementation of Accesso’s e-commerce ticketing suite will begin across the parks in Pine Mountain, Georgia, Stafford, Missouri and Bryan-College Station, Texas, in February.
Visitors will be able to select multiple admission, pass and group reservation options easily, on any device. The Accesso Passport ticketing suite is fully hosted, with secure payment options available, resulting in a seamless process. Onsite, the suite will assist with a streamlined front gate point of sale, with a focus on up-selling while maintaining simplicity for speedy transactions.

The announcement follows Accesso’s expansion within North America, having recently secured a batch of new clients.
