Tickets are now on sale for the first ever edition of the UEFA-CONMEBOL Women’s Finalissima between England and Brazil at Wembley Stadium.
The match is contested by the winners of UEFA Women’s Euro 2022, England, and the 2022 CONMEBOL Copa América Femenina champions, Brazil.
The Finalissima will take place on Thursday, April 6 next year, and will be a chance for the teams to lift another trophy before heading to Australia and New Zealand for the FIFA Women’s World Cup.
It was announced that the event would be heading to Wembley for the women’s edition last week.
The match has been organised as part of a long-standing relationship between European football governing body UEFA and South American football governing body CONMEBOL. It follows on from the success of the men’s Finalissima between UEFA Euro 2020 winners Italy and CONMEBOL Copa América champions Argentina in front of a sold-out Wembley crowd in June.
Wembley was confirmed as the destination for the men’s Finalissima in March after London was selected as the host city in December last year.
Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis with adult tickets starting at just £15 ($17/€17). Children’s tickets will begin at £7.50 for those aged 16 and under.
