Brooklyn’s Kings Theatre has switched up its ticketing partner in favour of ATG Tickets, moving away from Ticketmaster.
Tickets will now be sold via ATG Tickets and are available for purchase through the theatre’s box office and website.
However, if patrons have bought tickets for an event at Kings through Ticketmaster, these tickets will still be valid. All previous purchases will be transferred to the new system and no new tickets will need to be issued.
In a statement, Kings Theatre said: “We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service to all our patrons. Our experienced staff are on hand to assist with your ticketing needs. Whether you’re a first-time ticket buyer or a frequent visitor, we’ll help you find the best seats.”
The statement added: “We strongly urge all our patrons to purchase their tickets through authorised outlets. We do not recommend purchasing tickets through third parties, online resellers, or other ticket sales operations.
“Tickets obtained from sources outside of Kings Theatre and ATG Tickets may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and will not be honoured.”
British singer Ed Sheeran is set to perform at the venue in April, with space’s programme also including World Ballet Series: Cinderella and Madagascar the Musical in May.
