Tevo, a provider of solutions for the North American event ticketing industry, has struck up a strategic partnership with Swiss-based ticketing software company Tixstock.

Under the deal, the two companies will jointly launch a new, two-way ticketing inventory feed. This, Tevo and Tixstock said, will present new opportunities for professional ticket resellers and rights-holders, marketplaces and digital platforms.

The partnership will allow clients and end customers to access an expanded range of global events, all while benefiting from accurate and up-to-date ticket availability information.

Other highlights of the partnership include bi-directional integration, which will simplify the ticket sales and distribution processes, as well as greater insights into international event travel.

“Tevo is thrilled to embark on this transformative partnership with Tixstock,” Tevo senior vice president of operations, Daniel Weisbaum, said.

“By combining Tevo’s expertise with Tixstock’s ticketing distribution platform and vice-versa, we are breaking down barriers and bringing the world closer together. This collaboration will unlock new opportunities for everyone in our industry.”

Tixstock chief operating officer Terry O’Brien added: “In an interconnected world fandom has become global. The Weeknd is as popular in Egypt as he is in his native Canada. K-pop stars sell out US Stadiums regularly. Manchester is home to 500,000 people, but Manchester United has an estimated 1.1 billion fans worldwide.

“We are excited to join forces with TEVO and deliver a unified ticketing inventory solution that empowers inventory holders and our distribution partners alike. This partnership represents a significant leap forward for the event ticketing industry.”
