K-pop event Music Bank is set to head to Spain for the first time, thanks to promoters Sonde3, LA Rock Entertainment and Korean Broadcasting System (KBS).

Music Bank World Tour is an international concert tour representing one of South Korea’s most popular television programmes, Music Bank.

Since 2021, the Music Bank World Tour has visited 18 cities across Asia, the US and Europe, and has featured now-global stars such as BTS.

The Music Bank World Tour will head to Spain on October 12, marking the fifth time the festival has taken place in Europe. It first debuted in the French capital of Paris in 2012, and has visited other countries such as Germany and Belgium.

Taking place at the newly renovated Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Spanish football club Real Madrid, some 50,000 K-pop fans will be able to watch their favourite acts.

KBS World will also broadcast the event live to fans unable to attend in person.

Tickets will be placed on sale shortly.
