Hotel group Accor will not be offering Taylor Swift tickets for her Sydney shows via its rewards programme after erroneous details were temporarily published on the Accor Live Limitless site.

The web page – which is no longer accessible – stated Accor members could purchase Category A tickets using 12,000 points and suite packages for 35,000 points, when they went on sale on October 3. The packages were seemingly available for all four of the Eras Tour gigs at Sydney’s Accor Stadium in February 2024.

However, details have since been removed with Accor confirming no tickets would be available via its rewards programme.

Frontier Touring, which is managing the tour dates in Australia, confirmed that tickets can only be accessed via Ticketek.

It said in a statement: “Frontier Touring wish to advise that stories in the media today that Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour tickets will be available through the Accor Live Limitless program are incorrect.

“Accor is not approved for this activity and have confirmed they will be removing this offer immediately.  We remind fans that the only safe – and approved – avenue to secure tickets is through the official ticketing agency for the tour, Ticketek.”

In June, four million people attempted to secure pre-sale tickets to the Australian leg of Swift’s international The Eras Tour. Swift will perform three shows at Melbourne Cricket Ground from February 16-18. She will then take the stage at Sydney’s Accor Stadium for four concerts from February 23-26.
