Hong Kong boy band Mirror are set to return to in-person live performances in January after a tragic on-stage incident, which saw two dancers severely injured.

All 12 members of the Canto-pop group will play 16 shows at the Asia World Expo auditorium in Hong Kong as part of their ‘Mirror Feel the Passion Concert Tour 2024’.

The band’s ‘Mirror We Are’ tour was halted after a giant LED screen crashed from the ceiling above the stage during a performance at Hong Kong Coliseum, last year.

Following the incident, the government ordered a number of enquiries, with one revealing in its preliminary findings that the weight of the screen had been incorrectly calculated.

There were also reports that several people had been arrested over the incident.

The return of in-person performances from Mirror will take place between January 15-17, 19-22, 24-27, 29-31, and February 2-3 next year. The concerts are reportedly replacing the ones cancelled at the Hong Kong Coliseum in July last year.
