Major League Soccer (MLS) club Inter Miami CF is set to play the winner of a match between fellow MLS side Nashville SC and Dominican team Moca FC in March, as Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf) reveals the schedule for the 2024 Champions Cup.

Inter Miami will first play the winner on the road on March 7, before hosting the side at home at the 21,000-capacity DRV PNK Stadium in the second leg on March 13.

Tickets for the first-ever Concacaf Champions Cup game at DRV PNK Stadium went on sale on Tuesday to season ticket members in the morning, before being made available to the general public in the afternoon.

The matches will form part of the 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup Round of 16. The annual tournament features five direct elimination rounds and the best clubs from North America, Central America and the Caribbean.

Inter Miami automatically qualified for the Round of 16 thanks to its 2023 Leagues Cup win. It will be the first time the club has participated in the Concacaf Champions Cup, with Inter Miami also chasing a spot in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

FIFA announced in December last year that there will be an expanded version of the Men’s Club World Cup from 2025, with the US set to host.
