Billie Eilish today (Monday) announced a new tour to support the artist’s soon-to-be released new album.

The singer-songwriter’s ‘Hit Me Hard and Soft’ tour will begin in Quebec in September, before heading to the likes of New York’s Madison Square Garden for three shows, Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena, and Inglewood’s Kia Forum. The tour will then head to Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in Australia for four nights each in February and March next year.

Eilish will then embark on the European leg of the tour beginning with Avicii Arena in Sweden, before heading to Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, France and Spain.

The tour will head to the UK for shows in Glasgow and Manchester, with six shows at The O2 in London. The tour will finish with back-to-back shows in Dublin, Ireland.

With a focus on sustainability, Eilish has partnered with non-profit Reverb to make donations for environmental and climate justice projects. Tour dates will see ‘eco-villages’ pop up to educate fans on how they can be more sustainable.

Last week, Eilish was among a number of artists to back legislation that is aiming to address some of the flaws in the live event ticketing system in the US.

Pre-sales, including for American Express card-holders, will take place from tomorrow (Tuesday) until May 1. The general sale will then begin on May 3.

Eilish’s new album Hit Me Hard and Soft will also be released in May.
