The Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) has announced that ATPI Sports Events is to become its new official ticketing and hospitality services partner.
The eight-year agreement will run through to the 2024 summer Olympic Games.
ATPI will serve as the exclusive ticket reseller and hospitality package provider of the COC, as well as arrange travel for Team Canada athletes and Mission Team members.
In addition, ATPI will oversee the issuing of complimentary tickets to Canadian Olympians; family and friends via the Petro Canada Family and Friend Ticketing Program.
“We are confident that our long-standing association with sporting bodies, our proven National Olympic Committee service model and extensive travel knowledge will ensure that we offer the best possible services to all those involved with the COC and support the team in its quest for international success,” ATPI chief executive Graham Ramsey said.
Christopher Overholt, chief executive and secretary general of the COC, said: “Games logistics are a huge endeavour so we are partnering with recognised Olympic experts. We are confident going forward that Team Canada and their fans are in great hands.”
