English Premiership rugby club Leicester Tigers has announced that its two pre-season games will be included in season-ticket packages for the 2017-18 season.
Along with 11 regular-season league games and five cup ties, Leicester are already scheduled to play Welsh Pro12 club Ospreys and Italian club Benetton Treviso in summer friendlies. Leicester confirmed that fans with season tickets will be able to guarantee their seats for both games.
A Leicester season ticket also provides supporters with a club store discount and access to the club’s buyback scheme and buddy system.
The first summer game against Italian visitors Benetton Treviso is on August 18, while the Ospreys visit on August 25. Both games kick off at 7.45pm at the club’s Welford Road home ground.
In an announcement in December the club offered the chance to upgrade current season tickets for the double-header. For £35 extra, season ticket holders will be treated to a buffet meal, a cash bar, a Q&A session with a Tigers player and a reserved padded seat from which to watch the games.
Last season, the club came in fourth overall in the Premiership and made it through to the semi-final of the European Champions Cup.
