Los Angeles-based ticketing platform AXS has been recognised as one of the 500 fastest growing companies in North America by Deloitte as part of their 2016 Technology Fast 500.
AXS was placed No.109 on the list, which ranked firms from media, telecommunications, life sciences and energy tech sectors, according to percentage revenue growth from 2012 to 2015.
AXS, which reported 857% growth during the measured timeframe, is an enterprise event technology platform that services venues, promoters and sports teams. Its interface gives fans the opportunity to purchase tickets directly from their favourite venues.
"To compete against so many companies across some of the most dynamic industry sectors in the world is tough enough, to rank so highly is a tremendous accomplishment," said AXS chief executive Bryan Perez. "We have come a long way in a short amount of time, and the innovations and progress the team has made in ticketing services and technology is extraordinary."
AXS – pronounced Access – is headquartered in California but also has offices in the North American cities of Cleveland, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Montreal, as well as London and Stockholm.
