Rick Solano has been unveiled as the new vice-president of operations at TopTix, a supplier of ticketing, fundraising and customer relationship management software.
Solano will play an integral role in strategic decision-making and will lead all operations, including client support and installation, data-centre management, IT and web development.
Solano, who is the third executive hire by TopTix Americas in the past year, will report to Fred Maglione, executive chairman of TopTix Americas.

TopTix is the author of SRO, a web-delivered software solution to manage ticket sales, customer marketing activities, CRM, merchandise sales, fundraising, memberships and loyalty.
