The Vivendi Ticketing subsidiary of French media group Vivendi has announced that Flavorus, which it acquired in June, will be rebranded as See Tickets to fully leverage the company’s global assets.
Vivendi Ticketing operates under the See Tickets brand. It acquired Flavorus, a ticketing solutions firm, on June 24.
See Tickets will continue to operate from its office in Los Angeles, California as it seeks to develop its business and brand in North America.
“The merger of our two companies brings a list of large and sophisticated clients under the same brand,” See Tickets North America chief executive Boris Patronoff said. “With nearly 40 years of business between the two companies, See Tickets will continue to specialise in coveted events in all verticals. We are confident in the company’s roadmap for the coming years, and we remain dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients and customers.”
To further aid its growth plans in North America, See Tickets has launched a new website in the US, www.seetickets.us. The website allows for easier navigation to help consumers discover, and purchase tickets for, events around the world.
