Ticket insurance and protection leaders TicketPlan has entered the Italian market through a partnership with Bookingshow, one of the country’s leading ticketing companies.
The move comes after successful launches in Denmark and The Netherlands during the course of 2016.
Tickeplan – a sponsor of this year’s Ticketing Technology Forum – said that all refund claims made with Bookingshow will be administered via its multi-lingual refund application platform and handled by the company’s dedicated in-house Refund Centre in the UK.
